(This concerns my recent suggestions to Jane that she concentrate upon the beauty and pleasure of the moment; even when she is performing a difficult task, or finds herself brooding, etc. At the same time I want her to realize that her body is perfectly capable of taking care of itself, of healing itself, if she will but leave it alone so that it is free to do so.
