(Rewritten November/2000: The vision grew out of Seth’s saying in the deleted 382nd session, on November 27/67, that I’d do well-known painting of Bill Gallagher. It will be based upon the conception of my painting of 1954 that I “sold to Sonja.” See session 584 in Seth Speaks, held on May 3/71.)

There were also some hints in it that you will use subconsciously, and from which new developments will grow. The sending out of another manuscript is symbolically important to Ruburt, and represents definite progress. (High, Low and Psycho.) Both of you need rest this evening. In your sleep you will correlate recent developments so that better use will be made of them. Your activities in the sleep state will actually be rather ambitious, and you will generate considerable energy from them. We more than made up for missed sessions by the recent developments. I will not keep you therefore, although I will answer any questions if you have them.

(Here Seth refers to Jane’s book of poetry, High, Low and Psycho. In a very recent session Seth told Jane to send the manuscript to a publisher beginning with an L or V. The book had already been rejected by Viking, the only V in her index of publishers. Checking the L’s, Jane was surprised to discover the publisher Horace Liveright, a name containing both an L and a V.
