The physical results are now showing in greater daytime freedoms, and will continue to improve. The definite steps you plan will quicken the results so that they become more apparent to you physically. Ruburt’s mental energies, as I told you, are now accumulating and working to recovery.

In the beginning of this recovery they were used to maintain the status quo, and prevent any further worsening of symptoms. This meant that a complete stop was made in all destructive issues. Such an action requires enormous energy alone, for it is the stoppage of a process which is in itself action.

Energy was released. Much of this was used in immediate repair, and in a complete reversal of the illness-health cycle; that is, the symptoms were not allowed to worsen. When this condition again was held, recovery began.
