(Following the impressions are the Gallagher’s notes and comments. We went over the material on their return, but some time has passed now before they found time to go over it in detail. Both Gallaghers agreed on answers.)

([The Gallaghers:] “There was a green modernistic chair with wooden legs in our room. It was light green. There was also a hobnail-type spread on the bed. No coin appliance.”)

([The Gallaghers:] “The number 12 may be significant in that one night Bill spoke very loudly in his sleep, saying we had to make our way to 12th Street. Neither of us remembers being on 12th Street, though we were in the area.”)

([The Gallaghers:] “Both of us noticed that the toilet was cracked, the enamel part.”)

([The Gallaghers:] “In one antique shop, I [Peg] pointed out two antique crocks which were very much like two we have and like.”)

([The Gallaghers:] “Nothing significant that I remember… could be anything in a bookstore, fruit stand or any number of shops we visited.”)

([The Gallaghers:] “One of the most interesting shops we stopped in was an Army-Navy type store in Greenwich Village. This shop specialized in unusual military type uniforms… jackets that buttoned up the side of the type that possibly an early western constable might wear. Young people were trying them on in the store.” [Note: The Gallaghers also told us that the rage in the village is to wear such uniforms.])
