He should imagine himself, before he sleeps, indulging joyfully in the next day’s activities, and should not concentrate on his symptoms, even if it is to wish they disappear. These dreams should be rather specifically requested.

His attention while walking has been centered upon his progress. He should think of other things, even he counts trees and looks about him. Activity is good for him now, you see.
