“Seth material” search engine (Jane Roberts)

(Company left this evening at 8:55 PM, and Jane had no idea of the material for the session. She had also been too busy to be nervous. She began dictation on time in a rather normal voice, and at an easy rate. Her pacing was average, her eyes dark as usual. And as she has done so often recently, she began without wearing her glasses, not appearing at all handicapped.)

(“Good evening, Seth.”)

Twins use communication of the inner senses all unknowing, and what Loriza read of the material moved her subconscious to intuitive realization. The communication between twins is freer than it is with others. Twins are more used to using inner communication, and instances come more easily to mind.

(And here I must admit that although Seth gave the entity name for Bill’s wife Ida, I did not think quickly enough to ask for the entity name of Ida’s twin sister. Jane and I are curious to see if there is any similarity in entity names under such circumstances, and I will make it a point to ask Seth for the name.)

I knew that the material was being read. However I did not feel it wise to make a point of telling you because this knowledge in itself would have set up blocks, and on both of your parts.

(Break at 9:20. Jane was dissociated as usual. She said my sneezing did not bother her, that Seth was willing to wait; but also that Seth probably called the break early because of my continued sneezing.

There must be abstract knowledge and concept before there can be any applied knowledge in real terms. The more philosophic material, or what could almost be called academic material, suits both of you greatly, and is indeed where my own interests mainly lie.

However the human element must not be ignored, and whatever personal help and inner understanding this material brings to others will incite their intellectual curiosity, and this is all to the good. Nor are the recipients of such help alone benefited, but so are you yourselves.

(Jane delivered the above paragraph quite forcefully, facing me with one foot up on a chair. She now took a rather long pause, walking over to a window and looking out before resuming delivery. It might be added here that at the time of the visit of Jane’s father, on the night in question Jane had, as she was explaining some of the Seth material to her father and Midge, felt definite emotional “nudges” from Seth to hold a session, whereas upon the occasion of our visit with Bill and Ida in Rochester, she had not. Yet in the latter instance she had finally acceded to the lively curiosity, and because both of us felt this welcome, held the session. Neither of us seriously considered holding a session for Jane’s father and Midge, due to the turbulent circumstances.)

(Break at 10:00, Jane was dissociated as usual. She delivered the above material with many pauses, some of them of many seconds’ duration. She resumed in the same manner at 10:03.)

(Break at 10:40. Jane was dissociated as usual. She said she thought Seth would end the session at about 11:00. My writing hand felt some fatigue. Jane resumed in a normal voice at 10:45.)

I will end the session shortly. This is material that I would have given if we had had the time in our last session, and for that reason I wanted to give it this evening.
