(10:03. Our cat, Willy, suddenly jumped up into Jane’s lap — just as he’d done in the last session. Instinctively I spoke to him rather loudly, afraid he’d shock Jane out of trance. Her eyes flickered at the sound of my voice, but she continued speaking. Willy jumped down.)
