(She also had a profound healing session last night while in bed — she “swooned” in a state of near-ecstasy, she said, for over two hours while she felt healing effects surge through her. I reminded her this morning to write an account of the experience, but the after effects, plus new healing sensations, were so strong that she couldn’t concentrate enough to do the job; she wrote but a paragraph or two.

A distant connection with two children, girls, I believe relatives. If they are not twins then they look very much alike, or they are two of a kind in some way.

The two volumes making up The “Unknown” Reality: A Seth Book, were dictated by my wife, Jane Roberts, in cooperation with Seth, the nonphysical “energy personality essence” for whom she speaks when she’s in trance. [...] She produced the two books in an accumulated trance time of about 90 hours — an accomplishment that I think quite remarkable.

[...] A third set arises from the reactions of others to the first two, through the letters and calls we receive and the questions of people knocking on our doors. In spite of all this, we’ve found that any one group of questions amplifies or adds to those related to the other two categories — i.e., like energy regenerating itself, the questions automatically proliferate. Seth’s Preface is in Volume 1, of course, and it too should be studied again; to me, such acts of referral between the two volumes help the reader mentally unite them.

You had a brief life as twins—some definite clear-cut divisions within yourself, have to do with this life when you were one of two—one going one way, and one going the other—one twin had a strong leaning toward military things—a soldier—the organization of the church now serves the same purpose, I believe—security within the organization—the twin who was in the military found his sense of identity as a soldier within the system, but he had great faith in the system—in what he was doing—the other twin was more given to a statesman-like sort of thing—and was in fact an orator, although he had another profession—it included oration to people—the two of you had a very strong telepathic relationship—and this time the church has provided the same kind of organization—you sort of resented the fact that this twin brother of yours had this organization in which he found support and in which he felt so a part because he was absolutely certain of the aims and goals of the organization and he was a good soldier within it—and at that time you envied him that security and that sense of identity within the system in which he believed. (When I got to 330 at 1:05 today I discovered that Jane was free of two more pathos on her ulcer sites—they were gone from inside her right knee, and her right shoulder. [...]
