“Seth material” search engine (Jane Roberts)

(10:06. John said Seth was correct re the impression of a new account. A Planned Parenthood clinic is to be opened soon in Elmira; neither Jane nor I knew this. Searle makes birth control products, and as Searle’s representative John said the clinic’s business should be his “if I’ve done my work well.” Jane and I did not know of his involvement here.

(John Bradley, from Williamsport, PA, was a witness to the session, which was quite short. Jane began to speak for Seth, in trance, after we had discussed the 364th session with J. Bradley, who is a medical salesman for Searle Drug.

([John B:] “Are things going as you said they would at Searle? Do you see any changes from your predictions?”)

[...] These were to leave Searle and buy a restaurant in his hometown of Williamsport, PA; to stay with Searle and in Williamsport; or to demand a transfer of location from Searle, and a promotion. [...]

(John was interested in whether Seth could add anything to the long range material he has given concerning Searle Drug over the past year and a half. [...] Searle is going through a financial and management crisis, and this is reflected in the stock market; John is naturally concerned. [...]

(When he first appeared John mentioned that he had attended a meeting for medical salesman in Cleveland OH earlier this month; John is a sales representative for Searle Drug. [...]

Seth said that no changes would occur in the organization with which John is now connected, Searle Drug, until next February at the earliest. [...]

(Seth also told John that the data given on Searle Drug, its financial and personal entanglements, plus John’s own promising prospects if he remained with the firm through its present crises, still applied. [...]

(Thursday evening, September 10, John Bradley visited us while on a selling trip to Elmira for his company, Searle Drug. [...]

[...] Seth has dealt with the upheavals going on beneath the surface of Searle Drug in various sessions, and in some detail; they are continuing, John informs us. [...]

(In the 166th session, which John Bradley witnessed, Seth stated that the stock of John’s company, G. D. Searle, would go very low before making a recovery presumably. [...] Since we have been watching it Searle stock has fluctuated somewhat. [...]

[...] Affairs involving John’s work with Searle, the drug firm, are more or less quiet and uneventful, John reported. Seth has dealt with the machinations below the surface at Searle in various sessions. John now feels also that things are percolating below the surface, and he requested Jane and I find out what we could about the current state of affairs involving Searle, from Seth tonight.

(Here Seth refers to the copies of sessions concerning John and his company, Searle, that John has carefully kept. [...]

(This refers to events within Searle.) I did indeed. [...]

[...] There are two regional managers in the Searle organization who are brothers-in-law. [...]

[...] This was a detailed psychological questionnaire that John had recently completed for his drug company, Searle. [...]

[...] In most of these Seth has dealt with John’s connection with Searle to at least some degree, making the type of predictions he makes in this session. [...]

(As of July 3rd, G. D. Searle stock closed at 54 1/₂. [...]

[...] Seth discussed John’s drug-company employer, G. D. Searle, during the session, and stated then that Searle stock was due to fall still more. [...]

[...] The data involves personnel in John’s company, Searle, and is somewhat complicated. John is going to go over the session material, using his recorder, to sum up Seth’s predictions to date re Searle.

[...] I am not trying to give an account of the long and complicated discussion that now took place between the three of us, as John discussed his company, Searle, and its internal politics.

[...] He plans to go over these paragraph by paragraph and make his comments on the accuracy of Seth’s data over the past few years, regarding John and Searle. [...]

(John Bradley was a witness to the session, and part of the material deals with John’s relationship with his employer, Searle. [...]

[...] He is an excellent medical representative for Searle Drug, but feels he is not being extended enough in his work; he wants more challenge. [...] Searle itself is going through a difficult time managerially and financially.

[...] John had not mentioned to us that he felt changes were imminent in his company, Searle Drug, but after the session he noted that such might well be the case. Searle was facing stiff competition in a market that now favored the buyer, John said, and new methods and perhaps new personnel were called for to meet the problem.

(The tall bony man mentioned could refer possibly to Dan Searle whose father is past president of the company, Dan is tall, bony and has sandy hair. [...]

[...] John also said he tried to communicate with Jane mentally while she was speaking, concerning his company, Searle Drug. [...]

[...] The meeting of the five refers to a group of five executives of Searle Drug, John’s employer.

[...] Farrer is John’s regional manager, which would be an intermediate position in the company, Searle. [...]
