“Seth material” search engine (Jane Roberts)

(There follows a copy of my dream of Thursday night, October 21, as taken from my dream notebook: “I dreamed briefly that the first of the two short stories Jane has sold has now been published—The Big Freeze, I believe—and that as a result Jane can now get paid for it.” I hoped Seth would comment on the dream.

(Saturday, October 23, Jane learned that her short story, The Big Freeze, was on the stands, in Dude Magazine. She had not been notified by the magazine that it would be. She is also to be paid on publication, rather than acceptance of the material. The magazine had appeared on the stands Friday, October 22.

You were given the precise title of the dream content; that is, you knew the particular story was called The Big Freeze. It is true that you forgot that the title itself was a part of the dream,yet you did remember enough so that you were sure of the particular story. You knew it was the first, rather than the second.

[...] The day was just above freezing. [...]

(It was raining, and just above freezing. [...]

[...] She said that she had felt sensations of “freezing cold” at her forehead and a few other parts of her body. [...]

(The weather is still very warm for this time of year; the temperature is often above freezing in the daytime, and when we do get a dusting of snow it soon melts on the bare ground. [...]

[...] We freeze them, so to speak, in order that we might hold them within our grasp, but we cannot, nor is there a time, as such, when they will be completed or finished.
