(Since Seth gave us the material on therapeutic dreams last Wednesday, I began suggesting that I would experience one, as I was in a bad mood generally speaking and had been for a week; also I felt poorly with aches and pains etc.; nothing serious but annoying.

(She told me that Seth would soon be going into the effects of our beliefs upon our environment, explaining how our racial mental climate is responsible for our exteriorized “weather.” [...] [See the notes for the 613th session in Chapter One.] Seth, Jane added, would say that as a species we’ve grown used to thinking of ourselves as being outside of nature — so much so that we’ve forgotten we’re really part of it.)

[...] There are many dimensions that are as physical, so to speak, as your own world—but if you are not focused in them you would not at all be aware of their existence, but perceive only empty space. [...]

[...] Just the relief from guilt feelings alone would result in an upsurge of bodily health and enthusiasm. [...]

[...] Now whenever I sense a conflict arising, I do as I’d figured out—and as Seth himself suggested recently: I ask the advice of the first man; what would he do in these situations? [...]

[...] I would also like to do some painting, but this seems impossible at this time.

[...] Then Del left me for some reason, and alone I tried to continue — but wound up clinging motionless to a very steep slope lest I slide way down into a deep ravine that would be very difficult to get out of. [...]
