Give us a moment please. I believe the mother of the family is no longer living in your terms. There seems to be a disastrous event connected with the family’s past, and having to do with death. Perhaps in the 1930’s; and a relationship with an aunt. The event happening in an unfamiliar location, unfamiliar that is to the victim or perhaps victims, at the time. Something to do with a priest or monk, something of that order: a member of the family or confidant.
