(We haven’t paid any attention to the last session, for December 26, 1977, yet it contains a line that I’ve thought of often since it came through: “Ruburt....constantly concentrates upon what is still wrong.” [...]

[...] It is his attempt to try and match your individual methods of thought that confuse him. [...]

[...] A true idealization involves loving thoughts of the development and fulfillment of your abilities to the best possible condition.

[...] The thoughts do not appear as pseudoimages for example, or assume any pseudomaterialization, yet they are felt vividly, perceived and picked up by portions of the brain — those seemingly unused portions for which science has found no answer.

[...] Anything on our house hunting, I thought, would be welcome here because it would help unite these late sessions for “Unknown” Reality with some of its much earlier ones [in Volume 1, as it turned out]. [...] Jane thought the family name was similar to the “Gramada” that Seth had described; at session’s end I wrote that I intended to check our records for the missing name, and to ask Seth about it — but I neglected to do either of those things. [...]

[...] Once again I thought it wouldn’t do for us. [...]

The first (in Sayre), mentioned far earlier in “Unknown” Reality, you thought was definitely sold, and today you discovered that the sale was not that final.¹⁰ As you discussed these issues a rather important main point escaped your minds: The man who owned the first house (Mr. Markle) was a dealer in antiques and precious stones, utterly devoted to his work and engrossed in it, considering it his art. [...]

[...] He may see the form of the man who originated the thought of the building. [...]

[...] The form of a man for example, may be a thought form, or fragment sent quite unconsciously by another individual whom it resembles. [...]

(Jane said that when Seth talked about our living room and the spacious present, she had some kind of “weird” feeling that involved a concept of the thought. [...]

[...] Today Jane told me that she thought Seth would go into the famous—or infamous—disclaimer that Prentice-Hall wants to attach to Mass Events. [...] I didn’t ask her what she’d learned; I thought it better to get the material in a session, if possible. Just before the session, Jane said that she thought Seth was “rather cavalier” in his attitude, and that my own wasn’t very good. [...]

He literally thought too much of you to do the other.

[...] He must learn to express fearful or negative thought, as they occur, so that they do not build up this charge again. [...]

Any physical perception is actually an action response at a psychic level to thoughts and emotions, and these exist independently of their physical counterparts. The thoughts and emotions however also have their own electromagnetic reality. [...]

[...] (Pause.) Now, as simply as I can put this, thoughts and emotions form, of their own electromagnetic reality, vitalized physical products called atoms and molecules. [...]

He heard tomorrow’s weather report (yesterday), groaned, thought of a very uncomfortable 90-degree temperature tomorrow [and] imagined himself miserable with the heat. [...] Midway through this process he tried to catch himself, but he believed that his body could not handle the heat — and that belief outweighed his intent to change his thoughts, so they kept returning for perhaps ten minutes.

[...] The nature of the thoughts and feelings you originate and those that you habitually or characteristically receive set a pattern, so you will choose from those probable futures those events that will physically become your experience. [...]

[...] Logical thought, using usual definitions, deals with cause and effect, and depends upon a straight sequence of time for its framework. [...] According to logical thought and language you may say: “I am going to a party today because I was invited last week, and said I would attend.” [...] That does not make sense in terms of logical thought or language, for in the last example cause and effect would exist simultaneously — or worse, the effect would exist before the cause.
