“He didn’t go into all the stuff I got yesterday,” she said, “but then he went into other stuff I didn’t get. [...]

“Sunday, June 8, 1980: As I went about the day, showering, doing my hair, reading the paper, doing my exercises and so forth, I kept getting stuff from Seth on … the next chapter of his book, I think to be called ‘Master Events and Overlays.’ There can be overlays of one civilization onto another, so that a ‘real’ civilization in one sphere of existence can appear as myth in another…. (I had an interesting little experience after lunch this noon as I was hurrying to get my stuff together preparatory to going to the hospital to see Jane. [...]

(I didn’t linger to confront my own handiwork, but hurried to get my stuff together and leave the house; I wanted to stop at a bank to get a book updated, and I knew this would make me a few minutes late getting to room 330. [...]

[...] I was talking to doctor about this; I’m not sure if the people were even being told what this was, the idea being to slip the stuff as innocuously as possible. [...]

From there some wild stuff that doesn’t make sense now, with strange things happening to my chair pillow as I sat on it.... [...]

[...] Jane took a little rest, and asked me if I had my writing stuff ready. [...]

[...] Her right wrist and arm kept on “doing stuff” as she smoked. [...]

(“But now where’s all that stuff I was picking up from Seth today?” she demanded. [...]
