(Five weeks ago [in the notes leading off Session 821], I wrote that Jane could resume work on The Further Education of Oversoul Seven — or Seven Two — at any time. [...]

As mentioned before (in Session 828), early man had such an identification of subjective and objective realities. [...]

[...] Seth returned at 10:37 with a good bit of personal material for Jane and me, then ended the session at 11:06 P.M.

(As I was doing mail today she said she’d put off having sessions lately because she’d picked up from me that I wanted the time off to catch up on other things. [...] But I told her that I was ready for a session today if she wanted to have one.)

SESSION 386, ESP CLASS, DECEMBER 7, 1967

(Earlier this evening the pendulum had told Jane we would have a witness for the session, but none had appeared. [...] None of these attributes changed to any degree during the session.)

I have certainly given you good preliminary data to build upon, and I suggest when you find time, that you reread the last four sessions, excluding last night’s session.

[...] By this time I was getting my papers together for the session. [...]

[...] but just before break ended he became quite active, as he has often done lately during sessions. [...]

[...] I would like to have a session on Thursday, to give you more specific suggestions that will be of benefit. After a few sessions devoted to practical concerns we will let you rest so that you will not have current sessions plus the book to do.

(It will be remembered that Seth stated an art gallery experience was in the cards for Jane many sessions ago—back somewhere in the beginning sessions. [...]

[...] She had also received some other answers in a like manner; and for the balance of the session she knew in advance many of the answers. Yet she did not hear Seth, or any other voice; as with the Thomas Voghler Ouija session, pages 186-7, the answers popped into her mind.

[...] For the last two months or more she had gotten out of the habit of taking even the nominal glass or two of wine during a session.)

[...] By session time they were somewhat diminished, but were very inhibiting during the day, making me hesitate to do the things I’d ordinarily do without a second thought, such as drive to the post office to mail Jane’s intro for Sue’s book Conversations With Seth. [...]

(We were preparing to have a suggestion session this afternoon at naptime, when I became upset as a result of our conversation. [...] As we waited for tonight’s session Jane said she “got sort of down” because of this, yet added that there was no doubt her right leg was doing good things about straightening more. [...]

(Before the session tonight I said I was curious about Seth’s interpretation of my dream of October 9. This will be given in the appropriate place in the text. Jane said that Seth was going to talk about the electromagnetic units discussed in the last session—she could “feel him buzzing around.”)

(Jane has been so busy finishing up the manuscript of her book on the Seth material, for Prentice-Hall, that we haven’t had a session since September 29.

Now, this session also will not be a long one. [...]

When you have personal questions, and they are quite legitimate, I will try to make a habit of dividing the session between theoretical material and your inquiries. [...]

[...] Jane waited until the last moment before deciding to have a session, since she was still uncomfortable. “I feel about as much like having a session as a blue hornet,” she said with unwitting humor as we sat waiting for Seth to come through. [...]

(When I asked her if she wanted to have a session, she said in surprise that she had no idea for one, and was hardly ready or in the mood. [...] But almost at once Jane began a session after all. [...]

[...] I didn’t think it was a life-or-death crisis, but the result of our conversations lately, and the sessions, the panic attacks, and so forth. [...]

[...] More than the session words are important (delivery very uneven), for underriding those, the healing energy is being translated in other ways.

(I expected a call from Carla and Jane as I typed this, but none has come through as I finish this session at 9:55 p.m. Sleep well, Jane.)
