(Out on the porch tonight off and on I kept getting stuff from Seth but so normally and smoothly that only something Rob said later made me remember. I decided to read Seven tonight instead of having a session. Rob said, “You must want a break in the routine-” and his remark brought Seth’s material back, though now I know I don’t remember it all. These are the main points:
1. The body likes extremes now and then. Any changes in routine for me are good.
Spontaneous sessions may be held, but the overall routine should be continued. [...] There is even for Ruburt a certain security and comfort in this accustomed routine, that will allow him to hold some truly spectacular sessions.
