(We’re presenting his material for me because it has good general application: If Seth deals with my own painted images without even mentioning the words reincarnation or counterparts, still he does reveal how such “residents of the mind” make up part of each person’s innate knowledge of his or her own greater — or larger — self.

[...] I’ve discovered that this is great fun — and much more challenging than I’d anticipated, as I try to reduce the shifting, brilliant dream elements to the motionless painted surfaces we’re so used to in waking reality. [...]

[...] On Thursday, October 17, Jane unexpectedly received a royalty check from F. Fell re her ESP book; this after Seth had stated on page 107 that Jane would soon receive unexpected word regarding a book. [...]

(Again a surprise, since we hadn’t thought of asking Seth for any data re the astronauts due for reentry tomorrow morning. [...]

(Apollo 7 has landed, & first reports say nothing re the data given in this session. [...]

(“—so I’m wondering if our doing this will collide with what we’re trying to do about the symptoms. The suggestions about sales won’t increase his feelings of vulnerability, will they, just when we’re trying to build up confidence, and so forth?”)

Then, re-reading some material I was struck by the massive intellect behind it, the real beauty of the material, and sad that I did not really let myself realize it before; indeed that I had allowed myself to be affected by the lesser writings of others; even to the extent that in some late sessions it affected the material. [...]
