In Framework 1 the reasoning processes work largely by deduction, and they must constantly check their own results against the seemingly concrete experience of physical events. [...]

I said that the inner ego reasons, but its reasoning is not restricted to the cause-and-effect limitations that you apply to the reasoning process. [...]

[...] Ruburt is in the final process needed, and necessary, to straighten the legs and bring about a completely different, more normal bodily stance.

[...] The new, sought-for natural stance has not yet been accomplished, but it is now actively in the process of being attained.

The constant interplay and healing process has its own rhythm, so that certain portions of a leg can rest, for example. [...]

“Man thinks of acts, for example, and acting and doing, but he does not identify himself with those inner processes that make acting and doing possible. [...] He does not identify, again, with the processes that make his logical thinking possible. Those processes are spontaneous and ‘unconscious,’ so it appears that anything outside of his conscious control must be undisciplined or chaotic, and lacking in all logic.

[...] The fact is that man’s consciousness can indeed become aware of — aware of — those spontaneous processes. But he himself has largely closed the door of comprehension, so that he only identifies with what he thinks of as his rational mind, and tries to forget as best he can those spontaneous processes upon which the mind rides so triumphantly.

[...] Among them are: cogeneration, the use of waste heat from manufacturing processes to generate electricity; solar radiation; ocean waves; new, more sophisticated methods of burning coal so that it’s much less polluting; subterranean heat; the production, from municipal solid wastes, of ethanol (alcohol) as an excellent substitute for gasoline; the burning of biomass — waste materials from the home and farm; various methods of deriving energy from the vast oil shale deposits in our western states; the establishment of “energy farms” of trees and hydrocarbon-generating plants; energy reservoirs of pumped water. (I could see how each move of the burial process had been carefully evolved to help the bereaved family separate from the one who had died. After all, the process had been refined through the centuries.

The knee material (drainage) is drying up from beneath (long pause), and that is also part of the therapeutic process. Motion is being redistributed, but faith in the process is again immensely important.

[...] A healing process is definitely involved, even with the initial emergence of the symptoms, for the psychological system finally forces the problem out into the open. [...]

It is as I have said before, and the session is to help you and Ruburt trust his own processes, since consciously he cannot know all of the body’s multitudinous happenings. [...]

[...] He still needs, however, to remind himself more often to trust the body’s processes, and your help is invaluable in that regard.

If you began to think in terms of beautifully produced books, without imagining impediments, then automatically the process would begin. You would be led to make proper suggestions, for example, ahead of time, or the creative process of someone in the art department would suddenly be stimulated to a new idea, or whatever. [...]

[...] The creative act involves you in a process whereby you bring from a mental dimension new events into the world that were not there before.

[...] When man believed the world was flat, he used his thought processes in such a way that they had great difficulty in imagining any other kind of world, and read the evidence so that it fit the flat-world picture.

The obvious improvement in Ruburt’s knee is a fine example of the body’s self-healing processes.

It could not be accomplished by the conscious mind — though the conscious mind can indeed will the process to occur. [...]

[...] (4:43.) Take to heart what I said about Ruburt’s knee, so that he realizes in fact that the healing processes are indeed operating within him all the time. [...]

It is embarked upon different processes now as it searches for the best conditions for self-healing procedures. [...]

I am still in the process of trying to reassure him, of course, but in a fashion we are indeed dealing with a kind of biological logic that will stand up in its own light—that will produce its own evidence as you learn to accept the rightness of your bodies (pause), and their abilities, for they are natural healing mechanisms. [...] There are literally numberless steps taken before EE units combine in their own fashion to form the most microscopic physical particles, and even here the greatest, gentlest sorting-out process takes place as these units disentangle themselves at certain operational levels (underlined) from their own greater fields of “information,” to specialize in the various elements that will allow for the production of atoms and molecules impeccably suited to your kind of world.

[...] Each unit of consciousness (or CU) intensifies, magnifies its own intent to be—and, you might say, works up from within itself an explosive spark of primal desire that “explodes” into a process that causes physical materialization. [...]

You could not afford to identify too completely with such bodies until you learned how to survive within them, so in the dream state (pause) the true processes of life began as these new bodies and earth-tuned consciousnesses saw themselves mentally exercising all portions of the body. [...]

(9:48.) Units of consciousness (CU’s), transforming themselves into EE units, formed the environment and all of its inhabitants in the same process, in what you might call a circular manner rather than a serial one. [...]

In for example the worm, the process ends here. In so-called higher forms, the chemical process itself allows for the creation of an ordinary image. This brings about further thermal responses and chemical alterations, that allow the thought processes to proceed.

Now, the process does not cease at the physical boundaries of the self however. [...]

A trust in that process will let it complete itself far more rapidly and with much less discomfort. The process itself is all to the good, even when it does bring about periods of unevenness. [...]

Generally speaking, the best policy to pursue is to concentrate not upon the problem but upon its possible solutions, and this process can be a rather intense one. [...] Thus giving the creative inner self the time and opportunity to let the entire physical system accelerate its own healing processes, and to begin again with the initiation of impulses, dreams, and so forth that will help bring a physical improvement about. [...] Obviously this didn’t always apply, since some people became chronically ill, or died, or suffered devastating illnesses —but for the most part whatever helpings they managed to achieve came about through subconscious mental and bodily processes. [...]

(9:10.) A concentration upon painting, or developments about the home, with as many diversions as possible will also help, again, so that the entire personality can activate the entire system for healing processes. [...]

The more stimuli, thoughts, desires and material of a diverse nature brought into the system—within reason—the greater the amount of material the inner self has to work with and put together in its own creative fashions—but do remember those sessions given that remind Ruburt that his body can indeed recover, that he can indeed trust his body’s processes, and that he should not compare his life with anyone else’s, but trust in the entire fabric of his existence, and you indeed should trust the entire fabric of your own.
