“Seth material” search engine (Jane Roberts)

You feel my presence, you see, because you allow yourself to do so. (One of the points we discussed before the session.) Ruburt feels my presence now, and during many sessions, and he knows it well. Often he simply distrusts what he feels, but the feeling is primary. The help that the sessions afforded you has been given. It has happened. It is not reversible. (Smile.) You have taken it and used it and made it a part of yourself. Ruburt need have no doubts there.

I am with you now, though our voice is mild enough, very strongly this evening, and I am making an effort to make my presence known quite definitely to you and to Ruburt; and I shall do this more frequently to build up Ruburt’s confidence.

(She had been far out. Her eyes opened quite slowly. She had, she said, been quite aware of Seth’s presence, but when asked could not describe it.)

[...] My presence, so to speak, has always been somewhat of a promise, as well as an actuality. For my presence and the sessions both do indeed imply a promise of knowledge beyond what is generally known, and, hopefully, of wisdom beyond that which is generally possessed. [...]

My continuing “presence” serves to remind you of your ever-vital connections with other realities, and of your existence in those realities. [...]

(At 9 PM tonight Jane said she felt a “massive presence” behind her chair. [...] She knew the session was about to begin, and we hoped to learn something about this presence. [...]

[...] And this is what you must realize and understand, for if my presence permeates this room, so does your combined presence permeate this room and any room in which you have lived. [...]

[...] The material is my pronouncement, and I back up the material with my presence. [...]

[...] This room is saturated with my presence as if you had sprinkled it with that heady wine, aged wine. [...]

The very freedom will give me more leeway in making my presence known to him. I am so a part of him during sessions you see (smile), that he cannot observe me or my presence, and this is a source of irritation to him. [...]

He senses my presence then, but not in terms outside of himself, you see; you can do this during sessions.

(Just before 9 PM Jane had been telling me she was more aware of Seth’s presence preceding the session.)

He finally is more aware of my presence. [...]

You, Joseph, though I speak softly, should also now be aware that my presence here is stronger.

[...] She felt Seth’s presence “just below consciousness”, she said, and thought she might be able to speak for him in a natural manner without attracting the attention of others. [...]

(Jane said she was aware of Willy climbing up into her lap, and that the cat’s presence might have interfered with her delivery had he remained there.

I merely want to reassure Ruburt of my presence, to let him know that I hereby assert again those statements I made concerning his sitting on the porch.
