[...] The impact of all of our books goes far beyond, for example, the numbers sold, and it is in both of your natures (with amused irony) to send forth into your worlds books that are in exuberant opposition to its mass beliefs—(much deeper) so you can hardly expect the readership of gothic novels. [...] But I regret seeing what may be chances of help being passed by, and these feelings are, I’m afraid, based on our lack of specific knowledge. [...]

[...] Our sleep patterns have been quite chaotic, although we seem to be getting along okay. [...]

[...] Here someone who’s associated with Reality Change, way out in Texas, and who knows about us through our work, has a relative who lives on Underwood Avenue.... [...]

[...] It came about because we’d been discussing our deceased parents and probabilities, in connection with the first two sessions [679–80] of “Unknown” Reality. [...]

[...] She said the notes were intended to furnish a mundane account of our lives that would “parallel” Seth’s more complicated data on probabilities and other concepts. [...]

(Now Seth went into material that Jane had touched upon during our conversation last Saturday evening, in addition to giving her dictated information.)

[...] 2. What about the young psychologist we met at Oswego during our visit to see Instream? [...] Why did I get to talking with him in the conference room on campus, then take him to our room, where he proceeded to so upset Jane?

[...] He does, of course, for our communications do not just happen, and my voice (much louder, briefly) like his, is an inspired one.

[...] However, her statement prompted me to tell her that a few days before the insurance company had denied our claim for major medical benefits because they hadn’t received the hospital records, I’d waked up early one morning and lay there worrying about the possibility of a denial for perhaps an hour. [...] I thought some data on these items might show how her psyche was integrating our new information and efforts, including the healing impetus. I thought the sinful self had to be cooperating in our endeavors, and I wondered whether there might be some scrap of new information it possessed that could help us. [...]

The golden bees of our thoughts

[...] A note about the bedsore suggestions given by our nurse, Peggy J: Last Wednesday afternoon during her regular visit Peggy told us she’d talked to her boss, Roe—also a nurse—and that Friday Roe would meet her here to look at Jane’s bedsores. [...]

1. According to generally accepted scientific theory these days, our solar system is some 4.6 billion years old. [...]

[...] So far in our discussion of his own situation, we have not for good reason touched upon certain material because he was not ready for it.

Our books, all of them, make immeasurably greater impact upon the world than many books that are best-sellers—for many of them are read and forgotten.

Many are indistinguishable from others in people’s minds, but our books literally do change people’s realities, and ultimately their lives and all of the people with whom they come in contact. [...]
