“Seth material” search engine (Jane Roberts)

(During break Jane got a brief but clear message from Seth: We should turn our bed back so that its head pointed north again, instead of to the west as it does now.

(February 11, Thursday: While resting, I somehow got a message about Fred Anderson. [...]

[...] If he is gifted with words in writing, and gifted in speech, then he feels that he should go out bravely into the public arena, and speak out his message to the world.

[...] I got my message through to some degree on several occasions for example, when his arms were suddenly free. [...]

[...] Earlier Ruburt’s beliefs behind the body beliefs causing the difficulty affected him in such a way that he picked up from others those moods and feelings that agreed with him, so often constructive body messages could not get through. [...]

[...] I want you to stop identifying completely with the conscious self that you know, and I want you also to remember that I told you that though physically I may not speak to you individually in class, the messages are given, and I expect you to be expert enough to receive them. [...]

[...] It can be quickly calculated that such a rate adds up to 600 or so messages a month. [...]

[...] Ruburt, incidentally, had a natural abortion because the message was already in the body, and all of his worries and concerns were unnecessary. [...]

[...] The messages were to the effect that “Ruburt’s psychic energies could be dangerous if he [Jane] does all his living in one room.”

(At 11:36 we were still talking when Jane received another message from Seth. [...]

The hardest part, however, is over, for the sensation of freedom has been physically introduced through the arm into the system—and that message echoes throughout the system. [...]

(At 11:14 Seth delivered a message to a scientist who had written us, finally ending the session at 11:43 P.M.)

[...] But Dick’s message was certainly a heartening one, and one I’d say that Jane could really use to good effect.

[...] Seth’s abilities remind me of material I’ve written recently on how certain portions of the personality or psyche must very shrewdly and carefully construct dreams in advance, so that when the dreams are played back they render just the right message to the parts of the psyche that need it. [...]

“A terrific little dream that beautifully states its message: Mary’s ideas of romance and making love (represented by modern-day flowered sheets) are being transposed from the bedroom into the area of her art, and in a way that mars the art itself. [...]

[...] Jane, very amused, commented every so often that she received little “messages” from a certain party, expressing approval of our actions, and merely suggesting that we do get to the session at least a few minutes before the Instream material was due.

(Jane has a long list of dreams, psy-time experiences, messages from Seth and herself, to the effect that the dream book will be published.)

One other small point: Ruburt should continue the psychic and sensual contact with his body, listening to the messages that it gives him. [...]

The message is plain: We are not at the mercy of the subconscious, or helpless before forces that we cannot understand. [...]
