There would be no experience of what Ruburt (Seth’s “entity” name for Jane) calls “the dear privacy of the moment,” so if one portion of your being wants to rise above the solitary march of the moments, other parts of your psyche rush, delighted, into that particular time-focus that is your own. 1. On April 20, technicians managed to lower below the boiling point the temperature of the cooling water in the damaged nuclear reactor at Three Mile Island; this success was achieved just 24 days after the accident began to unfold on March 28. [...]

(It might be interesting to note here that Peggy was hypnotized by Dr. Milton Erickson in late March of 1959, during a meeting of the Finger Lakes Clinical Hypnosis Association at the Mark Twain Hotel in Elmira. [...]
