TPS5 Deleted Session November 29, 1978 worrying lumps massacres optimism knots

(My two questions for Seth concerned the small lumps on the underside of Jane’s left arm, including one on her elbow, and the bright redness of the palms of her hands that I noticed the other day. The color was much subdued at session time tonight. I’ve noticed it at times before, as well as the lumps or nodules that seemed to move about in the muscular structure of the arms. They seem to be muscular knots. I asked that Seth comment.

Now you remember his ribs hurt him for ten days or so, and that then that discomfort largely vanished. For a while he had trouble in the morning getting the chair out of the bathroom because of the difficulty with the left leg, and that vanished. This is since the exercises began. The left arm for some time was considerably “tied in knots” from the elbow down. It was one hard mass, say, that has largely broken up, leaving you with only the two lumps that change sizes. They are knotted into masses, loose and disintegrating, but presently aggravated by strain as Ruburt’s weight on the walking table “bruises” those ligaments and muscles.
