Events obviously are not formed by your species alone, so that, as I mentioned in our last session, there is a level of the dream state in which all earth-tuned consciousnesses of all species and degrees come together. From your standpoint this represents a deep state of unconscious creativity — at the cellular levels particularly — by which all cellular life communicates and forms a vital biological network that provides the very basis for any “higher” experience at all.

[...] Dreaming then provides the species with learning experience not otherwise available, in which behavior and events can be judged against more developed and higher understanding than that present in conventional daily reality at any level.

There are all levels of codified information, then—molecular, electromagnetic, chemical—and these are all interrelated. [...] They deal with exterior patterns that, on that level, can be charted. The weather, however, is the result of the world’s natural moods, and intuitive predictions would be far more predictable, for they would deal with those variables that cannot appear, or be predicted, at the exterior level.

I have spoken often of the precognition of cells, but the unspeakably vast world communication at that level is unimaginable—yet it goes on constantly.

I want to add a note about dream programming, however, very brief: have Ruburt tell himself that healing can be accelerated as he sleeps, and “that help and inspiration can appear at all levels of his experience.” [...]

[...] If our dream interpretations appear complicated, it is because dreams are complicated, and we are viewing them from the entire group of levels in which they have meaning. To interpret them upon one level alone would be indeed simplicity in itself. [...]

Part of Ruburt’s dream, you see, did have to do with a ship; and here with a second vessel and the water, you find that information was given on a subconscious level to Ruburt concerning his friend’s journey. [...]

[...] It is also the result of your feelings and beliefs on a different level, and while it is not perceivable in physical terms — laid out with its mountains and continents as your planet is, to be examined by your instruments — it exists in terms quite as valid.

[...] At another level however Ruburt was projecting a portion of his psyche outward, and from his own position viewing us at least to some extent.

[...] Ruburt sat physically on the couch, yet at another level he did sit here (in the chair facing the couch), and in our relationship that was a fairly “sophisticated” kind of manipulation, involving the projection of a form outward—the double. [...]

[...] There are classes at other levels of reality that he conducts in that way. [...]

[...] (Pause.) On the surface level, such methods appear sometimes regrettable but necessary, but the deeper implications far outdo any temporary benefits, for through such methods men lose sight of life’s sacredness, and begin to treat it contemptuously.

Individually, you exist physically because of the unsurpassed cooperation that exists just biologically between your species and all others, and on deeper levels because of the cellular affiliations that exist among the cells of all species. [...]

In order to do what we have just done we needed to manipulate Ruburt’s consciousness, to some extent, and so, in your terms, though these terms are meaningless, he was, say, four levels below those levels of which we spoke, and he is not used to it so we need to give him a boost up the rest of the way.
