“Seth material” search engine (Jane Roberts)

(12:01 AM.) Have Ruburt read through the book he has begun (Personal Reality). He is, now, working directly with beliefs. See that he does not concentrate on the old ones, while however recognizing them, and encourage him in his ability to insert the new ones. Do you follow me?

[...] New memories are inserted in place of the old ones, as far as cells are concerned under such conditions. [...]

[...] A sudden contemporary belief in illness will actually reach back into the past, affecting the organism at that level, and inserting into the past experience of the cells the initiation of those biological events that will then seem to give birth to a present disease.

[...] Present beliefs can insert into the past new memory, both psychologically and physically. [...]

[...] A new catheter had been inserted, but that one wasn’t working when I got there. [...]

(Seth’s statement that Jane doesn’t have an infection reminded me that months ago Marcia Kardon had very adamantly told us that when a person has a catheter inserted “they always—always—get an infection.” [...]

[...] They provide for the insertion of the required and desired beliefs for use when needed.

If you keep Framework 2 in mind, much of these stages can be vastly minimized, and the work with hypnosis that I suggested gives you such a method of inserting data, here, that accelerates motion in Framework 2, and greatly cuts down the time and effort involved in Framework 1. Of course, (with wry amusement) if you each are convinced that the venture was important-enough in your lives, and would get the results, you would have clamored to begin such experiments.

(In closing out the last session, Seth told us that he’d “cover everything that needs to be covered” in his books, and I wrote that sometimes I’d still choose to insert other particularly apropos material of his into whatever book he might be producing at the time. The trick is to allow Ruburt’s associations free reign to a certain point, and then expertly insert the correct data. [...] Ruburt’s associations may go for example from C, D, E, and F, but precisely where he would say G, we must insert X or Y, and do it so smoothly that he is quite unaware.
