However many of the fragmentary apparitions that he has seen, for he has actually seen more fragmentary apparitions than he realizes, many of these have been fragmentary through his own inability to organize the material from the inner senses.
[...] What is needed is additional inner confidence, and even the development of inner discipline.
This passive discipline also allows inner data enough durability to be realized. [...]

[...] In this session Seth talked of having us try various experiments involving the use of the inner senses; tonight’s session was of course in the nature of an experiment. [...]
[...] The inner energy of which we have spoken constantly renews itself, and recharges itself as it passes from one field of activity to another.
[...] As no action is meaningless, so the dream universe and the physical universe constantly replenish each other, and mental actions are performed in both universes, being camouflage acting symbols for inner action.
He would, believe it or not, have ended up with a higher title within five years, though not of director, and it would have so soothed his inner ego that it would have settled for this. But his inner drives would never have let him settle. [...]
[...] There was an affinity to begin with, but Ruburt simply could not reach far enough, or within and through the inner senses enough, to contact me directly; and there are what you may call for simplicity’s sake, conventions of conduct which I would not break.
During fall and the winter we will continue long sessions on the inner senses, the nature of matter, time, and also discuss other means by which you may personally experiment.
[...] Your own neurological system is physical, but it is based upon your own inner capabilities as of ‘now.’ It is the materialization of an inner psychic framework. Many other personality structures do not need a materialized perceptive framework such as this, but an inner psychic organization is always present.
“The camouflage is so craftily executed and created by the inner self that you must, of necessity, focus your attention in the physical reality which has been created. [...]
[...] All kinds of unseen, unknown inner organizations have been corrected and activated, so that the hands once more begin to show signs of coordination and strength. [...]
[...] These inner organizations are difficult for the intellect to understand, for they handle intuitive matters and symbols much as dreams do.
Dreams involve a certain kind of inner motion, and in a manner of speaking, at least, exterior motions consist of dream activities also, and in a dream reality that everyone more or less agrees is a separate, objective world. [...]
With the intent in mind, you will find your inner vision inclining toward a particular direction of the room, and even your thoughts will seem to follow in the same direction. [...] Imagine a line drawn from the point of your inner vision, coming from the inner eye you seem to be using, outward. [...]
[...] All molecular constructions exhibit that certain kind of introspective activity, as if the inner working of some giant computer was intimately in touch not only with its own programming and the probabilities connected with it, but with a deep psychological awareness of the activities of the electrons and various visible and invisible particles that form its own physical construction.
[...] They are as important to the operation of that reality as electrons are to your physical one (long pause), providing inner pathways for the accumulation of wisdom and pleasure.
(4:28.) Even when biological “failures” develop, as with stillborn infants, or malformed ones, the inner consciousness involved does not give up, and even though death results, the consciousness tries again under different conditions. [...] It is simply felt to be an experience, a discovery, that went so far and no further — but the events in no way impede the vitality and strength of the inner consciousness so involved.
6. Ever since Seth came through with the material in this (44th) session 10 years ago, I’ve been interested in comparing his second law of the inner universe with the second law of thermodynamics of our “camouflage” physical sciences. [...] At the same time I see them as linked through our distorted perception of that inner reality, thus pointing up Seth’s statement just given, that “the so-called laws of your camouflage universe do not apply to the inner universe.” [...]
Now, the so-called laws of your camouflage physical universe do not apply to the inner universe. [...] However, the laws of the inner universe apply to all camouflage realities. [...]
18. See the information on “the true mental physicist” in Session 701 for Volume 1. Seth discussed how in our future such a scientist will be able to allow “his consciousness to flow into the many open doors (or inner realities) that can be found with no instrument, but with the mind.” And Seth commented in the same session: “Ruburt has at times been able to throw his consciousness into small physical instruments (computer components, for instance), and to perceive their inner activity at the level of, say, electrons.”
[...] In that session Seth gave us his interpretations of some of the basic laws or attributes of the inner universe, but it will be quickly seen that he was really discussing space and time,2 as those qualities are perceived in his reality and in ours. [...]
[...] The entity can perceive the room in which you sit as if your belly were a window, but it sees with inner sight, and forms the images through the inner senses.

Inner mobility during this time will be sensed in the legs, though not as quickly apparent. [...] Tension in the head and neck floated down like ripples into the body, and for every obvious improvement in this kind of mobility (Jane waved her right arm about vigorously; it is much improved), inner small releases occur in the legs.
[...] It was meant to serve as a map that would lead, not into another objectified universe per se, but into inner roads of consciousness. These inner roads or strands of consciousness bring elements into play so that it becomes possible to realize that the content of a given objectified universe may actually be perceived quite differently. [...]
[...] Like weightless spacemen we know who we are, but we aren’t sure of our position, which shifts psychologically in inner space. We grow momentarily dizzy, dazzled by an inner cosmos of selves and self-versions, and feel that we are traveling through some gigantic psyche that spawns selves the way space spawns stars.”
