So the psychic families, or the families of consciousness, can be thought of as natives of inner countries of the mind, sharing heritages, purposes, and intents that may have little to do with the physical countries in which you live your surface lives. [...] In the same way, all the members of any given psychic family are spread across the earth, following inner patterns that may or may not relate to other issues as they are currently understood.

[...] There is indeed an inner kind of order that unites all of these issues; yet that inner order is not the result of laws, but of spontaneous creation, which flows into its own kinds of patterns. [...]

3. Seth discussed his “blueprints for reality” a number of times in Volume 1 of “Unknown” Reality. See the 696th session, for instance: “Each probability system has its own set of ‘blueprints,’ clearly defining its freedoms and boundaries … These are not ‘inner images of perfection,’ and to some extent the blueprints themselves change … As an individual you carry within you such a blueprint, then; it contains all the information you require to bring about the most favorable version of yourself in the probable system you know … In the same fashion the species en masse holds within its vast inner mind such working plans or blueprints.”

[...] In his inner vision these appeared as identical, simply so that he would identify them as portions of myself. [...]

An excess of male lives will turn a personality sour in a feminine manner, without the inner understanding and compassion that is usually associated with the female sex. In like manner consistent female personalities will turn harsh without the inner strength usually associated with the male sex. [...]

[...] We construct images consistent with the senses we happen to have at a particular time. I have more senses, so to speak, in operating use that is, than you have, because not only am I aware of my own plane but of yours and other parallel planes, even though I myself have not existed in some of those parallel planes.

[...] The inner vortex of some such particles has a much greater velocity than the orbiting portions. [...]

(9:45.) The behaviors of such units, as you can now see, form the particular camouflage within any given system, while the peripheral activities effectively set up inner identities and outer boundaries. [...]

(Seth paused, so I asked him a second question from M.H.: “Is experiencing inner vibrational touch akin to reading an aura?”^*)

[...] Inner vibrational touch is a much more personal experience, more like “becoming a part of” that which you perceive, rather than for example a reading of an aura. [...]

Sense data is not basically dependent upon the physical body. The mind can bypass the senses and receive data in a more direct manner, translating what it perceives automatically, as it translates ordinary sense data.

Under ordinary circumstances, data is received through the physical senses and then interpreted by the brain. [...] The physical body becomes aware of it, but the senses have actually been bypassed. [...]

[...] On a superficial level, it represented his inner knowledge that he is not physically afraid of childbirth. [...]

(To Mary Ellen.) You knew what the message would be before you came here on a subconscious basis and Ruburt, all unaware, has already delivered it to you, and it was in his terms to cool it because spontaneity must progress at its own rate and feel comfortable in both physical reality and inner reality. You are not to go into inner reality like a door to a closet, and close the door behind you. [...]

You are opening up channels to the inner self and, hence, hopefully beyond. [...]

[...] The other can indeed telepathically help change the inner climate by inserting ideas of confidence and strength, and thus changing the psychic climate enough so that the ailing personality can then do more on their own behalf.

[...] Strong and readily available positive energies have been about you when you needed them, and before you knew how to change your own inner environment.

[...] Any of the conditions mentioned puts you out of touch with your inner sense of balance. [...]

As a rule the animals have better sense. [...] The sense of power felt during such episodes is the result of repressed energy suddenly released, but the individual is always at the mercy of that energy then — submerged within it, and passively carried with it.

[...] If you believe that all such thoughts are wrong you will inhibit them and feel all the more guilty — which will generate aggressiveness against yourself and further deepen your sense of unworthiness.

If it seems to you that the soul is degraded by its alliance with the flesh then you will not be able to enjoy your own sense of grace, for you will not consider it possible. [...]

[...] There is no basic trust of the inner self. The personality does not basically recognize or trust the ability of the inner self, and this results in an intense inhibited fear.

The ego of the personality does not trust its own inner organisms. [...] The ego is therefore in its present circumstances because it fears itself so solitary, since it has to a large degree cut itself off from its inner self; yet not entirely, for the intuitive still speaks.

It is precisely because the inner vitality is not accepted by the ego, that when it is acknowledged by the ego it seems so explosive. [...]

Often, as a postscript, you will personally block inner data of your own because of your own psychological connotations, but you will accept the same basic material telepathically from another source, such as a friend.

Now laughing loud and heartily, or crying deeply—either would serve you well, help release inner feelings and help clear the inner channels. [...]

The resulting inner freedom will also free his own creative energies, and his career will continue to expand. [...]

[...] So in a larger sense, as personalities leave your system, as they travel into other dimensions, they also set up electrical pathways, and each personality who does so makes those paths easier for others. [...]

[...] It is not enough that the inner self knows. [...]

To some extent the physical senses themselves are scandalized. In microscopic experiments, however, the senses themselves cannot perceive such altered behavior in the same fashion (underlined). [...]

A very small example: the smell of an orange may instantly provide you with a mental image of one, so that that received from one sense is picked up in a fashion by the others—all serving in one way or another to give you a more completed picture of the object or event involved. [...] That blockage may still allow a kind of displacement targeting, however, in which case inner abilities are allowed to operate, but in a rather sabotaged way—not hitting the target with which the conscious mind is so familiar or concentrated upon, but hitting another microscopic target instead, in which effects are then noticeable. [...] For each individual has inner senses, whether or not he knows that he does, and these should be developed.

[...] But these defeats are always caused by inner spiritual or psychic problems that have not been faced or solved.

[...] (Pause.) You trust the extrerior sense of order you perceive in objects, and when they are distorted this brings a sense of alarm—again, in paintings, not sketches.

The inner self is permanent regardless of its form of course, and the encounter of a man with himself is primarily an interior one. [...]

[...] The remark I made about the inner encounter will help you reconcile the two positions.

[...] These must be coupled with the inner confidence that pertinent knowledge can be directly received. [...]

[...] The energy has been directed, and the individual has had enough time to realize that the accepted frameworks and answers make little sense to him.

The integrity of any intuitive information depends upon the inner integrity of the person who receives it. [...]
