You should understand that we have been talking about Framework 1 and Framework 2. Ruburt felt, and so did you to some extent, that it was easier to experience Framework 2’s spontaneity in the mental realm of imagination—but you each felt that the physical body was tied somewhat more rigidly to the dictums of Framework 1, to cause and effect. In that system of belief many creative people have felt that safeguards were necessary, for they had been taught to fear their own abilities. In that framework of belief, Ruburt felt justified in using physical symptoms as protection on both levels. [...]

She continued that she felt that my feelings about Prentice-Hall had influenced my own feelings about Mass Events, and so they have. [...]

The resentment felt by the tenants was picked up by her, and felt as a threat. [...]

She was very sensitive therefore to telepathic suggestions sent her way by tenants, and felt that they did not like her, highly resented her as the new landlord. [...]
