You are yourself obviously an energy gestalt; as you become more fully conscious of reality your sense of identity will contain larger and larger aspects of reality.

As Seth continues to explain the nature of perception, it becomes obvious that physical perception itself shapes reality into certain forms. [...] The Seth Material reveals what is beneath the normal reality that we know, but the very translation into words must necessarily distort the meaning.

As Seth Two says: “It is not that your being exists in a lesser reality. It is that you have not learned to recognize the extent of the reality in which you do exist.” [...]

In this reality you very nicely emphasize all the similarities which bind you together and make a pattern of them and you very nicely ignore all the dissimilarities. [...]

There are other root assumptions that you take as a basis of reality. And in other levels of reality there are other root assumptions. [...]

Now: the personality on the other end of the bridge will be the reality behind Adam.

In larger terms, the word reality and those characteristics that I will give you as attributed to it, will be seen as part and parcel of a unified psychic consciousness, from which all other consciousness emerges. These emerging consciousnesses form new moment points, create new value fulfillment experiences that constantly allow the overall reality to be created even as it creates.

[...] At some future time I will indeed discuss this more thoroughly, and on some occasions in the future you may become more aware of other portions of my reality. [...] My reality includes the Seth reality.

We will want to deal overall with the nature of reality as it exists within your camouflage system, as it exists in other systems, and with the overall characteristics that pertain to it, regardless of any given manifestation. After death, for example, an individual may continue to create these — masses of individuals may — until they realize that the frameworks are no longer necessary. Now: The rules within physical reality say that objects appear to be stationary and permanent. The rules of other realities are often far different, however. [...]

Now, through all of this you must realize that you are not powerless and physical reality is a dream. You have created it, it was not thrust upon you. You can come to yourselves, therefore, through psy-time and remember also, that this dream is a dimension of experience and reality even if it is, in contrast, a dream in a higher level of reality in which you have your larger consciousness. I am not cautious, I am simply realistic and when you understand the nature of reality then you realize that predictions of future events are basically meaningless. Now you can predict some events and they occur, but you create the future in every moment in your frame of reference, and time in your terms is plastic. [...] Reality does not exist in that fashion. You form the reality that you know, not esoterically, not symbolically, not philosophically; some great oversoul does not form it for you, you cannot put the burden there either. [...] You give constructions their appearance of continuity by continually creating them in line with your expectations, based upon among other things, previous constructions in the apparent past; and these expectations are the result of psychic communication between yourselves and others, particularly from parents, who give the child his first conceptions of the environment which, indeed, his parents have created.

Matter, atoms and molecules, represent but one aspect and one single dimension of a far greater reality. You can manipulate only the portion of this reality which you can perceive.

Value fulfillment represents an extension of the inner self in its journey into this reality. The reality can be manipulated only after its existence is known.

[...] The fact that its reality is only limited to your level, and does not extend to other fields, must not tempt you to discount it; and yet while you must behave in a large manner as if your universe were inherently and basically objective, you must still retain the knowledge that this apparent objectivity has great limits, even practically speaking; and a too-great dependence in a world of objectivity can lead to a psychic imprisonment which is unnecessary.

If that view is expansive, then you have far greater leeway in creating your experience. [...] You can, in other words, take advantage of the unknown reality by letting it add to your home station.

Give us a moment … Other focuses of consciousness besides your own have different concepts of time, and are actually more biologically correct, in that they have greater knowledge of both cellular and spiritual realities. [...] There is within you, however, the impetus to explore, to expand, to create, and that will automatically lead you to explore inner lands of consciousness; as, in your terms, it has led you to explore the other countries of the physical world.

Your physical life and your dreaming life are so intimately connected that it can be misleading to say what I am about to say, colon: that waking experience springs from the unknown dream reality. [...] “Reality” operates basically, however, in a way that is perceived more clearly in the dream state. Freedom from time and place, the wider kind of communication, the great mobility of consciousness — all of these experiences under dreaming conditions are characteristic of the basic nature of reality — whereas your waking experience provides limitations that are indicators of certain conditions only. Your mother is facing realities she would not face in the past, and seeing in physical terms the results of her own inner actions. [...] What may seem a disaster to you in your scrutiny of her life, is a well-learned lesson in reality, and a victory.

Facts are a very handy but weak brew of reality. [...] It exists in a medium of reality, a realm of being in which all possibilities exist. It creates myths the way the ocean creates spray. [...]

[...] Myth involves an intrinsic understanding of the nature of reality, couched in imaginative terms, carrying a power as strong as nature itself. Myth-making is a natural psychic characteristic, a psychic element that combines with other such elements to form a mythical representation of inner reality. [...]

[...] They provide an ever-enduring theater of reality. It must be clearly understood, then, that when I speak of myths I mean to imply the nature of psychic events whose enduring reality exists in Framework 2, and forms the patterns that are then interpreted in your world.

Now within your reality, as you think of it and as you understand it, the population at any given time is seeded by certain particular entities. In your reality, as you think of it then, you are all closely connected much more closely than you realize. Now think physically again of our onion, but imagine instead, psychic realities forming its skin, each interconnected with the other. It may seem that there would be no way to get out of the reality of the orange if you were forced upon its surface, but to go round and round, and you might seem isolated. And so, in your reality, you might seem isolated, and yet that orange is in another basket of oranges, and the skin of it touches another. [...] In all of these realities, there are no exact duplicates. [...]

Now you have met in the last weeks those elemental portions of yourselves that you have not admitted even to yourselves, in terms of implication, and now you must also meet more complicated realities in terms of concepts and make these a portion of your own emotional reality. [...] And you all work them out through your own relationships, for even these are symbols for other realities and each move you make in this reality is made in another and still another, and this does not deny the integrity of your own individuality which continues by its own nature. [...] And through your organization do they understand realities that would otherwise be denied them. And when each of you come together in a personal relationship are you then glorifying and adding to the reality of the consciousness that is within those atoms and molecules. [...] Allof you, therefore, that are married and have such relationships must inspire each other regardless of what you all know of the nature of reality. [...]

[...] Coupled with the letter is a treatise written by Jane herself, which contains excellent material on how our perceptions form our reality, from that of electrons on up. It is really very good, and a work that I’d completely forgotten about; I see now that it should have been incorporated into “Unknown” Reality somewhere. It concerns the ideas that concepts, as well as our senses, act as programmers of reality. It deals very well with how we create our scientific views of the universe. [...]

Your assumptions about reality become reality. As long as you are dealing with Framework 1 only, there will seem to be no platform of an objective or subjective nature that will allow you to view reality in any other way than the way it appears to be. [...]
