By “what else,” Jane referred to a call she’d received today: Three young members of the ESP class we’d disbanded almost five years ago are in town from New York City, visiting a local friend from the old class. [...]

First, though, they’re to visit still another member from class who lives in a nearby town: He has tapes of some early class sessions that Jane had forgotten about; copies of the tapes will be made. [...]

[...] Jane did manage to hold her ESP and writing classes part of the time; she also worked on her novel, The Education of Oversoul 7, which she discusses in her Introduction.

Come to our class sometime.

[...] End at 11:10 p.m. Jane holds her ESP class on Tuesday night each week. [...]

(When Jane speaks to me as Seth her delivery is slower than it is during a class session, for instance. [...]

(One possible ride Jane might have taken with another was obviated when she decided not to lecture to Dr. Freudenberger’s class at NYU in White Plains, NY. Jane was offered a ride there by an ESP class member, and this would have been on a Wednesday. Note that at the start of this session Seth agreed with Jane’s decision not to lecture to Dr. F’s class, without saying why.

[...] First, Ruburt’s decision not to speak to Dr. Freudenberger’s class was a good one at this time (underlined). [...]

[...] Some of these things you can misinterpret, and so I go lightly in class with them because some of you are not ready to understand them as yet. (A couple of days ago we began to collect the sessions given by Seth in Jane’s ESP class in a separate category. [...]

[...] The call nicely pointed up the material for the session given above, re making it known to others, etc; the call was from a prospective ESP class member.

Now I will let you get on with your class, and if I do not come through like the voice of spring you must forgive me. [...] I quite intend to attend your classes. [...]

I did want to remind him that many of his classes, and our class sessions, have this effect, and again remind him the notes he has made himself are excellent for him.

In last night’s session (for Jane’s ESP class) rather extraordinary amounts of energy were released here, to the benefit of all concerned. [...]

[...] Follow minutely, even in class, the reactions that you have one to another, and they will lead you to inner pathways. [...]

Now before I bid you a fond good evening let me tell you that those of you who come to class regularly and gravitate here, if you have not already discovered this for yourself, are the black sheep of the universe. [...]

Ruburt’s classes will do well (very true, July 1971), and will serve as a natural spontaneous and beneficial outlet for his aggressions. [...]

(To Florence.) You have, indeed, been performing a useful service in class but I expect to see it changed. [...]
