I could feel changes in her hands especially. They weren’t so tight; I repeated that I wanted to feel the tension drain out of the backs of her hands. Already I think the skin coloration on the backs of her hands is better, the tension not so great. I told her that her body knew perfectly well how to repair and regenerate her hands, just as it did every other part of her body. I could feel my efforts helping.
