(Today, for the first time since we received it on July 7, we didn’t apply DMSO to any portion of Jane’s anatomy. I thought it a good idea, myself, so when she slept until 10:30, and then became busy talking to Frank Longwell about the conversion of our front porch to a glassed-in affair, I didn’t ask that she try any. Jane did experience feelings of panic when she moved from her chair to the bed, and on another occasion. She hadn’t wanted to try getting on the bed from her chair, but I talked her into making the effort, and she did very well. She was quite relieved.
