(Jane had no direct questions for Seth, as usual, she said, unless he wanted to comment upon the DMSO question. She has been sleeping pretty well for the most part these days, but has had a great deal of soreness in her arms [and some spontaneous jerking movements accompanied by shooting pains; it seems the arms are lengthening somewhat]. The arm discomfort makes it quite difficult for her to move from either of her chairs to the bed and/or couch, however.

He does need to be generally aware of his own beliefs, however. The so-called Sinful Self is actually giving him a more or less handy list of stubborn older beliefs that clash with his new ones—beliefs that often go underground —and the “Sinful Self” is giving the rationale behind such beliefs.
