(The day after the last session I wrote down a question for Seth. I’ve thought about it often since last Thursday, then: Is Jane going to have to make known to herself consciously every bit of information about her symptoms before she recovers? I had the question partly because of something she’d said herself before the last session—and which I’ve now forgotten—and partly because I didn’t believe that most people were able to deal with such procedures in their daily lives. Indeed, they wouldn’t have the time or the talent to make consciously known to themselves all the details of their challenges that had made them ill to begin with. I only hoped Seth was correct about her feet, for indeed they’re more enlarged than ever, especially the right foot.

The arm discomfort makes it quite difficult for her to move from either of her chairs to the bed and/or couch, however.
