There are many different ways that people use such energy. Ruburt received another letter today (which I have yet to read), from someone experimenting with the kundalini version of energy, in which the final results were poor, leading to a fear of energy itself. It is highly important then that you realize the vitality and natural right to such energy, as it is available not only to yourself but to the plant and animal kingdoms themselves.
