[... 1 paragraph ...]

(Notes for the records On Tuesday, Sept. 20, I received psychically rather strong impressions about Nebene, one of “my” personalities in the first century AD. These were triggered, I believe, as I looked over Seth’s material on counterparts in Volume 2 of “Unknown” Reality, and by his material on my Roman captain life in the same period, as he gave it in the deleted session for Sept. 12.

Suggestions always imply an impetus directing action. Your entire household is a suggestive structure. Your writing room, Joseph, is a physical reminder of your intents, filled with not only books and papers, but the implied suggestion that gives them reality. It is of course no coincidence that you have a writing room and a studio—not simply one or the other, so that the two rooms show the two important interests of your life.

They show how you use your time, and imply what has come from the past, and what is projected into the future. They represent the state of your mind.

What you do in those situations is in a way concentrated. It does things to time because of your intents and because of the peculiar nature of Framework 2. Such physical areas are charged in that regard because the mental areas connected with them are. In a manner of speaking they are hypnotic containers, emphasizing what you want emphasized, and cutting off data that do not apply, or that is contradictory. You direct yourselves to concentrate in a particular fashion.

Give us a moment.... I am making the recommendations, for I know what is most effective, but I am not certain of your equipment. At one time, however, he made his own tape recording, with his voice giving himself suggestions in the background of a record, and he played that while he was writing.

Now: Nebene traveled extensively in early years. He did visit Egypt, and made tours to various esoteric communities. (Long pause.) He became disenchanted at a young age with the many conflicting schools of truth, so when he found what he finally settled upon, he would brook no interference. When you operate, practically speaking, in terms of Framework 2, you have a stronger impact upon time and reality. You are more effective in that regard. Nebene and you influence each other because you operate in Framework 2 in the work areas of your lives. You become closer, say, for in physical terms of time there is a foreshortening. Time, then, can be lengthened or shortened, or made to disappear entirely.

[... 1 paragraph ...]

That is what happened with your sketch.

[... 6 paragraphs ...]

Your impressions of Nebene came while you were relaxed, thinking momentarily of something else, but with an overall desire to know more about Nebene. The creative principles are the same—that is why I am making these connections, so that Ruburt can insert what he wants in Framework 2 with little exertion of effort, and great benefit.

[... 2 paragraphs ...]

I will tell you what I can of what you want to know about Nebene’s times, for example, but you can also obtain from him, if you understand tonight’s material, information of that nature, and “firsthand” data about the various sects he visited. I suggest that for your enjoyment and education. He also obtained some information about you, you realize, for the channel is open. You would not get such information unless both of you consented.

[... 4 paragraphs ...]

It did have an Egyptian origin, but also Hebrew connections. There were no pure sects even then, and the particular one Nebene followed was a curious mixture of ancient Egyptian beliefs and Hebrew beliefs. See what you can find out about it.

[... 5 paragraphs ...]

(Additionally, when Seth suggested that I see what I could find out about the particular sect Nebene followed, it flashed through my mind that I could almost start writing out a list of the beliefs, the credo, etc, connected with it. I may try this.)
