You might add very briefly to that material, one or two suggestions following what you have—that stress expression: “Do I feel safe to express physical vitality?” Or questions as to whether or not Ruburt and his “subconscious” feel safe enough to progress, generally speaking, into an area of psychic, creative, and physical expression.
Give us a moment.... Other questions before the last page, however, might be, does Ruburt equate being out of condition with modesty, or humility? Does he equate flamboyancy with showing off in a negative fashion, showing that being physically retiring could be construed as a virtue. His body is resilient, and it is responsive, or it would not be reacting so agreeably and definitely to your new suggestions and its activities. The very changes are proof of its powers of recuperation and resiliency.
Certain muscle groups were very tightened, and tended to bunch. This also tightened ligaments, and inhibited joints, affecting of course even other areas. The bunched groups are releasing. Some cause various sensations as released muscles try to catch up. The entire head and neck area was restricted. The body has set up its own rhythms of recovery, since it is now sure that that is what Ruburt wants, and his attitude toward his body has greatly changed for the better.
That rhythm includes some very gradual changes in important areas, so that other portions are not restrained. It also includes accelerations of releases as the time is ripe. Ruburt should not be overly concerned at his locomotion, walking, in any given day. For one thing, his overall increased activity chairwise provides an overall general increase of strength and flexibility. Even when he brings the chair into the bathroom, he must for example get up and down. More, however, on some days he will feel actively like walking, and then he should do so, and even in a day when he does have difficulty, there will almost certainly be some periods when he will feel the same urge. The important thing is not to worry, and also Ruburt’s condition now is such that the body seeks more and more activity.

Give us a moment.... Ruburt will be relieved, and quite joyous, when he does start up his active writing again. The most important thing, however, is that he trust and follow his impulses. The three-hour period may include painting if he prefers. I simply wanted to make the point that time be allowed for it. The feeling of creative pleasure as he paints, and follows the impulse, relieves his mind, takes it off his body, and automatically regenerates other creative impulses. He will go through several paintings and then tire of the activity, and want to write.

His natural desire to write will quickly return full blast when he stops worrying about it. The concentration, again, on ideas, dreams, and suggestions for out-of-bodies will be quite helpful.
The Neuman adventure shows the high activity in Framework 2 for Oversoul Seven, but is also an offshoot of your own new feelings of hope regarding Ruburt’s situation. That adventure alone is rearousing Ruburt’s feelings toward Seven, and his anticipated renegotiation of the Seven contract is a direct result of your pendulum activity and understandings.

(With a wry, quiet look:) I would like Ruburt to soak his knees following the session, and Ruburt wanted me to add that he is most appreciative of your efforts in his behalf. You are each at a turning point, however, of a most beneficial nature.
