(For Seth tonight she had questions about inoculations of humans and animals. If we create our reality, how come an inoculation will work, even if we don’t want it, or don’t believe in it? Why would it work even if it could be given to us without our knowing it? And why would an animal respond to an inoculation when it could know nothing about our belief systems, etc? There are a number of questions growing out of the original question.)

You did indeed come into good rapport with Framework 2 yourself on the occasion you mentioned (December 1981; see my dream notebook). You can try, gently enough, imagining Framework 2 in your sessions with Ruburt. You fall asleep quickly, yet the simple mental image you use for Framework 2 can be an excellent suggestive tool before sleep.

In a way, illnesses are definitely a part of health, for life itself consists of a fine alignment, of imbalances. One disease may actually protect you from a stronger one, or from a detrimental course of action that you might otherwise follow. In the greater realm of activity—I am trying to put this simply—a poor marriage, for example, is on the same level as a chronic but not life-threatening disease. It is not simply that disease is disease, and relationships are relationships, but that the individual generally tries to achieve the best possible conditions for a satisfying spiritual, emotional and physical existence according to beliefs and intents.

There is no separation between body and mind, so that the body has emotional considerations to take into consideration also. It has mental reasons for its actions, then, as the mind has physical ones. A poor marriage, for example, bringing years of loneliness or bitterness is, again, the same thing in its way as, say, chronic kidney stones. Such a person may, however, according to intents and beliefs and focus, be in fairly decent physical health —because health may be a prerogative.

The entire life situation may be unpleasant. But I am trying to show that all ills are not necessarily physical ones. There will be changes, I imagine, in your sessions as you mutually move ahead to even greater resolution, so that you dare make suggestions that you might not think of right now.

I am going to end our session. I suggest the following, however. Watch television or whatever, but imagine—lightly, now—a pyramid with each of you at its base, going upward into Framework 2. The energy you sense in whatever program you watch imagine almost like a generator, as energy here drawing power from Framework 2 into the room, into Ruburt’s body and your own, activating both your physical and psychic existences.
