Now out in the cold also means that you are stiff. The antibodies produced by the cold symptoms result in a body activity that has produced some fever—but a benign one that warms him up and increases circulation.

Now before I leave you then for the night I will make a recommendation. The telephone situation as it occurred on two occasions lately brings up in both of you a beautiful case of beliefs, conflicting beliefs, on both of your parts. Whenever such charged situations happen they are always the result of beliefs not consciously examined. These have to do on both of your parts with ideas of spontaneity and communication. I want you then to make a list of your beliefs concerning those events. If you consider them as beliefs that you hold, both of you, then you should be able to discuss them calmly, and understand what happens. You have not understood your own beliefs, much less communicated them to the other, and your joint behavior in such cases has largely resulted because you each hold conflicting ideas yourselves.
