First of all, before we get to the meaning or import of the tapes, let me say that Ruburt is learning to handle energy in other fashions. The experience itself, the voice demonstration, is highly therapeutic physically. Energy is received and discharged wholeheartedly, exuberantly and spontaneously through sound. This involves certain inner muscular coordinations and releases.

The sounds themselves are also therapeutic in this particular regard, the different pitches like a tuning fork having certain effects on the physical system. The use of breathing in itself is therapeutic under those conditions.
