(This afternoon I told Jane I’d like some data on two questions: her weight, and her walking, neither of which had improved. The session began at 9:43. In Ruburt’s case more normal food is sufficient as far as diet itself is concerned. He is still doing well with the exercises. His determination to use his body is helping in this area. A natural-enough resentment comes to the surface at times, natural enough under the circumstances, in which he objects to taking special time out, but largely he is overcoming that attitude and a more pliable attitude toward the body is being set up.

The suggestions should definitely be renewed, with a light touch, but they will make the exercises much more effective. The trust-the-body suggestions and those you began sometime earlier. These are highly important, and there were results, now, when you worked with them steadily.
