(True. This is a very meaningful and important paragraph. Since the session for January 18 was held, Jane has noted some dramatic improvement in her condition since she began following these ideas. We have been working at them.)

[... 9 paragraphs ...]

(This is when Jane became deeply frightened last week, etc.)

(10:05. Jane said she was out “pretty good.” She said Seth must have her out good in order to get this material out, or she would break right out in the middle of the session. I also thought I had detected an emotional charge in her voice while she was in trance—something which is very unusual, etc.

(We were having the session in our bedroom for privacy. Jane at break asked me to take down an oil painting of hers that, she said, represented her childhood home on Middle Avenue in Saratoga Springs, New York. She had painted it several years ago, in very dark and gloomy tones.

(In an emotional way Jane also expressed some fears about her mother. She caught herself not wanting to admit these, but we talked it out. My mother also entered the conversation, etc. Jane did express herself with emotion. Resume at 10:23.)

(End at 11:06. As of the following Sunday, we have already redecorated—to some extent—the apartment, with very good results. This includes some new yellow curtains for the living room and Jane’s office, etc.)
