“Seth material” search engine (Jane Roberts)

(When Jane did begin to speak at 9:11, she used the same high, somewhat distant and quite precise voice as before, the one belonging to what we call, somewhat inaccurately, Seth’s entity. The voice is very clear, without much volume and many pauses, most of them short. One of its oddities is that a sentence often ends on an upbeat note, instead of the voice dropping at the end as is usual. This effect still fools me at times, for a sentence will have ended whereas I think Jane has only paused briefly in the midst of one.

Now, changing the coordinates does involve a shifting of inner focus and an extension of the inner senses. One of the reasons for the change in the sessions is to give Ruburt experience along these lines.

He is forced in one way to reach further into inner reality, for I do not come as immediately to you as Seth as you knew him did. Since I am not here that immediately, then Ruburt must go further. Seth is always there between us to help in this procedure.

The sense of rather strained neutrality Ruburt feels now before sessions is simply caused by the strangeness of changing coordinates from the ones with which he has been accustomed.

The contact is only in its initial stages (pause) and the approach not sturdy enough as yet to carry full weight in your terms. (Smile.) You have a weak signal, even though it is a better one than you have received in the past. Your explorations are simply carrying you further afield, and there are manipulations to make before your signal is as strong as it can be.

(Smile, eyes open.) Short range predictions would be most difficult for me, since I cannot break down time as you think of it to that degree. I perceive instead at one glance seemingly whole segments of your time field. (Pause.)

I can of course alter coordinates and experience concepts directly, but your system is not one that I have explored with any real attention. (Long pause.)

(Humorously:) I am the loudest one—
