“Seth material” search engine (Jane Roberts)

(Very recently, while falling off to sleep—in the hypnogogic state—Peter Murtough had a vision of his sister Julie falling. She fell rather heavily, he told us, and could have struck her head. He could not tell whether or not she hurt herself, but the vision has been on his mind since its occurrence. He wanted to know if Seth could help out here.)

([RFB & Pete:] “Good evening, Seth.”

(Recently our friend in Boston, Pat Norelli, had visited a female medium who told her that she was under the influence of an evil eye, and would never have a happy day as long as she lived. This alarmed Pat so that she phoned Jane long distance, asking for some information from Seth.)

Again, a moment please. (Pause.) An F S A (spelled) concerning the Boston affair. An afternoon gathering of 14 people, and a return engagement. A meeting on Ruburt’s part with an old forgotten acquaintance. The possibility of an unusual Seth session.

(At break Marilyn told us that she does react to people in the fashion Seth describes—either on a long-term or short-term basis. Jane told me later that she felt the new influence mentioned would be a male.)

(“Oh.” To my knowledge, this is the first time in all the sessions that Seth has given such an answer. My question was not meant to pry into a personal life, merely to obtain what I thought would be interesting information about a certain dream related to me by Dr. Colucci’s nurse, voluntarily.)

(Several times recently Seth has told us we are going to get ESP news or correspondence, having to do with business, from someone, a male, in Wisconsin.)

([Pete:] “Well Seth, I was extremely bothered by my brother’s reaction to what you said about the August 20th five and ten race—you told Steve not to bet on it. Any chance of this still working out, at all?”

(“Good night, Seth.”

([Pete:] “Good night, Seth. See you Monday.”)

([Pete:] “Thank you, Seth.”)

(“Oh.” Seth meant Venice McCullough, I realized. At first I had thought he referred to Dr. Colucci’s dental nurse. Venice’s dream, a recurring one, was related to her efforts to reduce, and had troubled her a good deal, she told us before the last session.)

([From all present:] “Good night, Seth.”
