If I may borrow a quote from another elderly gentleman: that is elementary, Watson. He has simply discovered that fire affected him in this manner. But any warmth or flickering light will do the same.

We are getting something here that is not clear: a small instrument used that seems to be the size of a thimble, but with (pause) something that resembles a slide rule on the top. This was the method of obtaining the data from which the water records came.

The wife dies young. She was of foreign descent, I believe French. Her people were destroyed in a plague. Her family name (pause) … I hear it, you see, but I do not see it (pause)… You will have to work phonetically: V I S W A (repeated), from some place near Bordeaux in France.

Now. Our friend was a collector of dues within the organization to which he belonged. The name was on many records, but you would not find them now. There was a life in Arabia, a poor and humble one, and one much more recently in the Midwest of this country; as a woman.

I said Midwest, and yet it was further west, I believe. The population seems to have been no more than 13,000 at the time, at a peak period, and yet for a long time the population was but 3,000. Married to a man who dealt with cloth stuffs, and with some material that was made into large bags or sacks.

The owner of his own business. (Pause.) The town situated between one mountain range and a smaller plateau, rather midway between the north and south portions of the country. In the second group of states now, or from the West Coast… But more to the eastern section of this second group, you see, to the inside.

I am again, as I have said often, an energy personality essence, which means quite simply that I am a personality who does not now operate within the physical reality. I can at times impress your physical reality, but the focus of my existence no longer involves a three-dimensional psychological structure. (Pause.)

You however would view this in slow motion, so that eons of time would seem to have passed. And yet energy or action, which is consciousness, is always changing, and the shape of the flower and the blossom would constantly change. Energy can never be lost but only change its form.

And no memory, you see, would ever be lost, and nor is any memory lost. The personality that you have now is simply the flower of the moment, not realizing that it has the knowledge of its own past histories; and all of this would be but one cosmic flower. Energy constantly renews itself. The various flowers could then be compared to the various dimensions through which action and consciousness know their own reality. The expansion of consciousness automatically leads you to understanding and compassion.
