When he felt he could not act following his uncompromising nature, he attempted to submit, you see. The resulting resentment was the true basis for all symptoms, and attracted the other sensitivities that nourished them.

This evening’s present symptoms are the result of the fact that Friday is already thought of as a school day. These can be dissipated if Ruburt reminds himself before sleeping of his intent to work on the dream book tomorrow and Friday morning.

Your suggestion of time in the sun daily is excellent. An evening walk is also advantageous. He will literally soak up affection now as he soaks up the sun, and it will have equal healing effect.
