There has been a mix-up over a period of almost a year, concerning a story of Jane’s that was almost printed twice, and for which she has yet to be paid. Topper promised payment within a week.)

An uncle important to him is someone else, I believe. An October 6 incident important, perhaps 1937, though I am not certain. Some kind of a missionary connection, and a two-story house that gives the impression somehow of another story. On her part some connection with mathematics or figures, or a liking of figures.
