The suggestions mentioned, had you used them consistently, would have changed your own reactions to the Miss Callahan incidents, and allowed you greater freedom. Not only did the incidents upset you, but unwittingly you prevented Ruburt himself from giving some aid in the later stages that he could have provided.

Your hay fever situation will be greatly benefited if you particularly suggest that you be free of past (underlined) negative influences and suggestions. Do not drink as much milk as usual.

If you go to your landlord’s, do not use the apples if they are given to you. You will not break down the acids in them properly, judging from past performance. If you follow my suggestions and use what you know, then you should have a very light hay fever season. If you do an excellent job of it, then you would experience no symptoms.
