For a psychic communication to take place the communication must fall within the particular range of electromagnetic reality that can be picked up by the receiver, and by that particular level of the receiver’s self that is able to translate it into meaningful terms. If, that is, you want any kind of proof. Otherwise the communication is simply received and acted upon automatically without leaving a trace.
