The sort of things with which we are involved then often imply an interruption of action of this kind, and a translation or transformation of data from one range of electromagnetic energy to another. On those occasions when Ruburt has heard me more or less directly in his psychological time experiments, there has always been on his part a sound quite independent of himself, from outside of himself, of static.
